Offplan vs Ready Homes: Which Should You Choose

One of the most common questions we get from clients is whether to buy offplan or a completed, ready-to-move-in home. Both have their place — it comes down to your goals and risk appetite.

Offplan advantages: Lower entry price, flexible payment plans spread over the construction period, and the potential for capital appreciation by the time the project is handed over.

Ready home advantages: You see exactly what you are buying, you can move in or start earning rental income immediately, and there is no construction or delivery risk.

Our advice: if you have a longer investment horizon and can tolerate some construction timeline risk, offplan can offer excellent value. If you need certainty or rental income now, a ready unit is usually the safer choice.
