Physical inspection. Our team visits every unit to confirm it matches the developer's or seller's description, and to photograph and film it ourselves.
Developer track record checks. For offplan developments, we review the developer's history of delivering past projects on time and to specification.
Ongoing monitoring. For offplan projects, we track construction progress and update our listings accordingly, so what you see reflects reality.
